The Planning session
We get to know you, your goals, ideal property criteria, budget and timeline and form this into a brief. Then we develop a tailored property strategy.
Comprehensive Property Search and Strategy
- We attend open homes on your behalf or alongside you if you prefer to be more hands-on
- Investigate and source off market opportunities and new listings
- Short list properties that suit your needs for you to inspect

Evaluation and Negotiation
Once we have selected a property that suits you, we then enter the Due Diligence phase of the search,
- Pricing – assess realistic pricing using recent comparable sales
- Due Diligence – Coordinate property professionals such as building and pest inspectors, conveyancers or solicitors and investigating any hidden pitfalls on your behalf, reducing risk and strengthening your negotiating position.
- Develop a tailored purchasing strategy (Private Treaty or Auction)
- Represent you during negotiations or act as your auction bidder
